Omelette with potatoes

OMELETTE WITH POTATOES / TRUITA DE PATATES / TORTILLA DE PATATAS

• COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
• LEVEL: Easy
• INGREDIENTS:

- Three eggs
- Two big potatoes
- One tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt

•METHOD:

1- Preheat the extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan. Afterthat beat the eggs in a bowl.
2- Peel and quarter the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the frying pan.
3- Mix the eggs with the potatoes. You must be careful with the temperature, because you can toast the omelette!
4- Finally, take it out from the frying pan and put the omelette in a plate.
5- It’s ready to eat!
